Because our products deliver immediate access to digital content, community memberships, and proprietary educational material, all sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise below.

Digital Courses & Programs

Once you receive access to any course, workshop, or downloadable material, that purchase is non-refundable. We encourage you to review each program page carefully before enrolling and to reach out with questions prior to purchase.

Community Memberships

Community subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing, but payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Mentorship & Coaching

Because mentorship reserves time and one-on-one capacity, payments for the DRT Mentorship Program and any private coaching engagements are non-refundable once work has begun. If you have concerns before your program starts, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice or believe a payment was processed in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review and resolve promptly.
