DRT AI OS · PROOF OF WORK

Turn repeat questions into a system.
    Keep the teaching personal.

A Python + Discord automation use case for founders and business owners whose expertise is valuable, and whose attention keeps getting pulled into the same questions.

    THE FOUNDER'S DECISION

    What still needs
    your attention?

You answer a question. Find the resource. Explain the process again. Each interaction is small. Together, they keep the business dependent on your availability.

Inside DRT, I am building a Discord bot foundation for a supervised FAQ workflow. The goal is to make repeat knowledge easier to access while I stay responsible for context, higher-level reasoning and teaching.

    THE BUSINESS CASE

    Automate a clear task.
Protect the work only you can do.

    01 / FIND THE REPETITION

    Questions that recur

Look for repeated requests across the community. Different wording can point to the same missing resource or explanation.

    Signal: frequency + founder interruption
    02 / DEFINE A GOOD ANSWER

    Knowledge you approve

Write a clear answer with a source, an owner and a review date. Resolve gaps before delegating the response to a system.

    Foundation: reliable, maintained knowledge
    03 / KEEP THE HANDOFF

    Judgment stays human

Route uncertainty, individual context and deeper teaching back to me. A useful system knows when to ask for help.

    Boundary: review + escalation

    INSIDE THE BUILD

    Python. A Discord bot.

    Installing the dependencies

The terminal shows the Python packages being installed for the local bot project. This is setup evidence, with discord.py, OpenAI and supporting libraries visible.

Build shown: project repository, Python dependencies and local setup. Next to validate: question grouping, approved FAQ retrieval and human handoff. Time savings and answer quality have not been measured here.

    THE WORKFLOW I AM DESIGNING

    From recurring question
    to reusable teaching.

    1. Notice the pattern.Review permitted community questions for recurring needs.
    2. Draft the knowledge.Create an FAQ candidate from approved DRT material.
    3. Review the answer.I check meaning, context and the source before approval.
    4. Reuse and maintain.Surface the approved answer; escalate missing or uncertain cases.

    Where should this question go?

    Retrieve the approved resource

If a current, approved lesson link exists, the system can surface it. If the link is missing or outdated, ask for review instead of guessing.

Approved knowledge → reusable answer → human review when needed

    TAKE THIS INTO YOUR BUSINESS

    Choose your first
    automation candidate.

Use one week of real work to find a task that is frequent, explainable and easy to check. Start with a draft-and-review workflow.

    1. 01How often does this task interrupt you?
    2. 02Can you describe a correct result clearly?
    3. 03Is there a reliable source for the answer?
    4. 04Can mistakes be caught and corrected?
    5. 05Who owns exceptions and updates?
Measure attention returned, answer quality and unresolved questions. Net time returned = previous handling time − new handling, review and maintenance time. A working bot is the beginning of the evaluation.
